Privacy policy
This is a short, plain-language version written for a product in early access. It will be replaced by a full document before general availability.
1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, language), workspace settings, the datasets you upload or connect, dashboards, comments and usage events needed to run the service.
2. Why we use it
To provide dashboards, insights, exports and alerts; to bill you; to keep the service secure; and to send transactional email such as verification, invites, reports and alerts.
3. Connected sources
Database credentials are encrypted at rest. Live sources are read on the schedule you choose, and you can disconnect them at any time.
4. AI processing
When you request an insight or ask a question, the relevant columns, aggregates and your metric definitions are sent to an AI model to produce the answer. Your data is not used to train models.
5. Sharing
We share data only with processors that run the service (hosting, email, payments) and when you choose to publish a public link or SnapShot.
6. Retention
Data stays while your workspace exists. Deleting a dashboard, dataset or workspace removes it from active systems; backups expire within thirty days.
7. Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, verified email, revocable sessions and per-workspace isolation.
8. Your rights
You can export or delete your data from the app, and ask us to correct or erase personal data by email.
9. Cookies
We use a session cookie for sign-in and a preference cookie for language and theme. No advertising trackers.
