Terms of service
This is a short, plain-language version written for a product in early access. It will be replaced by a full document before general availability.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Datwise you agree to these terms. If you use Datwise on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.
2. The service
Datwise turns spreadsheets, sheets and database tables into dashboards, explanations, exports and alerts. Features differ by plan as described on the pricing page.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity in your workspace. Keep your email current so we can reach you about security or billing.
4. Billing
Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Add-ons renew with the plan; AI top-ups are one-time. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated.
5. Your data
You own the data you connect and the dashboards you create. We process it only to provide the service, including sending relevant fields to an AI model to generate insights you request.
6. Acceptable use
Do not upload data you have no right to use, attempt to access other workspaces, or use the service to harm others.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in the app.
8. Liability
Datwise is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app and by email at least fourteen days in advance.
